Icicle Fund and its six lead partners are committed to engage in collaborative initiatives and strategic efforts in our areas of priority within the environmental realm. The six lead partners are Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, Methow Arts AllianceWenatchee River InstituteChelan-Douglas Land TrustThe Trust for Public Land, and The Nature Conservancy.

In the past, environmental grants have generally fallen into one of four categories: land protection through fee acquisitions or conservation easements; operating support for environmental organizations; environmental education;and projects aimed at restoring natural areas or dealing with wildfire.  The Icicle Fund has also supported projects that bring the community together to make decisions about preserving landscapes in light of economic, development, recreational and environmental interests.
