Announcing the new Icicle Creek Center for the Arts

The former Icicle Creek Music Center announces its exciting transformation into the Icicle Creek Center for the Arts. Broadening its extraordinary classical music organization into a vibrant home for a wider array of artistic excellence that blends performance, education and advancement of the arts, ICCA will represent the next generation of the Lively Arts featuring offerings in categories such as: Education Series, Performance Series, Festivals, Residencies and Open Campus. The Center will partner with dozens of local and Seattle-area arts and education organizations to offer classes and retreats for artists, as well as performances that range from chamber concerts to folk and bluegrass jamborees, films and plays, dance, poetry and comedy. ICCA plans to break ground in Spring 2012 on a new 250-seat theater that will expand the performance and presentation venues at the Center.
