23 Nonprofit Organizations Win Grants

Between July 2014 and June 2015 twenty-three nonprofit organizations serving North Central Washington were awarded over $1,120,000. Among the successful grants were emergency requests addressing needs arising from the 2014 Carlton Complex Fires, advocacy for reforms to motorized mineral prospecting regulations, and bringing the Seattle Opera Artist in Residence Project to local schools. The organizations that received funding were:
